Hyde Park Mompreneur Launches New Product For Expectant Parents

HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- Nina Isabella, founder of Rhinecliff-based Nina Styling & Interiors, and Shawn Christensen, an Oscar award-winning filmmaker, both have an eye for good aesthetics. And so, when the Hyde Park couple welcomed their son to the world, they turned their attention to the nursery.

“Shawn and I, along with our friends, realized that there is a huge learning curve when becoming a parent," said Isabella.

"We had no idea how much time we would spend in our baby’s nursery, and how important it is to be able to enjoy that space."

The discovery prompted the local mompreneur, known for high-end residential and commercial interior design throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley, to develop Nina’s Nursery Boxes, highly curated design services at an affordable price.

The boxes allow parents to select two of nine design options, which are gifted along with corresponding shopping lists, access to a private shopping web page, special gifts for the new mom and baby, and access to a professional budget and purchasing grid, among other items.

The new product launched Monday, May 1, just in time for Mother's (and Father's) Day and two months before the couple's second baby is due.

Isabella said they are created for families just like hers -- people who appreciate good design and want to devise a special place for the early days and years with their new baby that is relaxing, inspiring, and practical.
