WINGDALE, N.Y. -- The Dover Plains Library in Wingdale is starting its 2016 Reading Challenge, which run through December.

The reading challenge is is for adults. (48 of them) are listed on a calendar, which is available at the library, and the library has 34 reading challenges for kids and teens listed on a bookmark that is available at the library and the school libraries.

Read anything just for fun or read for an Amazon kindle.

Take reading a step further and write down the title of each book that is read for each challenge. Bring the final list to the library between Dec. 1 and Dec. 17.

For every five books that is read and written down, the participant will get an entry into the end of the year drawing on Dec. 20 for an Amazon kindle.

There are two kindles to give away: one for adult readers and one for kids/teens.There might be some other prizes too.
