PAWLING, N.Y. -- Pawling's free summer concert series, "Music by the Lake," continues this Saturday, July 23, with the Crossroads Band, for the second of four shows.

The Crossroads Band -- whose video is embedded above -- plays a mix of blues, country and rock.

HOTROD, playing on Saturday, Aug. 13, will play "your classic favorites and few surprises," organizers note. And on Saturday, Aug. 27, the Greyhounds will finish off the series, with "driving rockabilly, R&B, and roots rock."

All shows begin at 6 p.m., in Pawling's Lakeside Park. If there's rain, the concerts will move inside, to the Lathrop Building, at Lakside Park.

Back to the Garden 1969 kicked of the series on July 9.
