Yoga Teacher Maria Polhemus Plays Key Role At Pawling Library

PAWLING, N.Y. -- Maria Polhemus teaches the weekly afternoon and evening hatha yoga workshops at Pawling Library.

Polhemus also leads the library's monthly yin yoga / meditation workshop.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga is held on Tuesdays from 1 to 2 p.m.

Evening Hatha Yoga takes place Thursdays at 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Yin Yoga / Meditation is held the third Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Registration is required for all programs, with a fee of $4.
