Children Invited To Reading Of 'Apple Orchard Riddle' At Beekman Library

HOPEWELL JUNCTION, N.Y. -- A representative from Cornell Cooperative Extension will visit the Beekman Library on Tuesday, March 15, to read "The Apple Orchard Riddle" by Margaret McNamara.

In addition to the reading of "The Apple Orchard Riddle," children will learn how apples are harvested, the process of making cider and the many different types of apples.

Christopher Award-winning children's author McNamara has written more than two dozen books for young readers.

The program will be from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

The library is at 11 Town Center Blvd., Hopewell Junction.
