Edward 'Eddie' Lee Buhler, 36, Pawling Business Owner

Edward "Eddie" Lee Buhler died at his Pawling home Thursday, March 30. He was 36.

Born in Carmel on Aug. 8, 1980, he was one of four children born to Edward and Catherine (Lee) Buhler. Eddie grew up with his sisters in Pawling, and graduated from Pawling High School.

Eddie owned and operated Edison's Cleaners on East Main Street in Pawling.

Eddie had a great love for his family & friends, and his pet cats, and always made others laugh. He loved BMWs and restoring antique tractors. Eddie loved animals & nature, and outdoor hobbies, especially boiling maple syrup. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his father, Edward, and his three sisters, Jessica (Mike) Singleton of Lexington, VA, Amanda (Christopher) Taborsky of Newburgh, and twin sister, Rachael (Aaron) Mann of Pikesville, MD; his nephew, Riley Mann; and many, many loving family members and friends.

His beloved mother, Catherine, died Feb. 26, 2017.

Family and friends may call at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home at 83 East Main Street in Pawling on Monday, April 3 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Eddie's memory may be made to the Dutchess County SPCA., 636 Violet Avenue, Hyde Park, NY 12538, or organization of your choice.
