Dover Man, 18, Charged With Driving While Impaired By Drugs

DOVER, N.Y. — Robert D. Svrcek, 18, was arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana, police said.

New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks said Svrcek, of Dover, was driving on Wheeler Road when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic infraction. A State Police Drug Recognition Expert reported Svrcek was impaired by drugs.

He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.
