Dover Man, 19, Charged With Dwai On Route 22

DOVER, N.Y. – A Dover teen was arrested Friday, Sept. 11 for DWAI and possession of a controlled substance, according to New York State Police.

Christopher J. Sheeley, 19, was stopped on Route 22 for allegedly failure to maintain his lane. While interviewing Sheeley, police said they observed signs of impairment.

Sheeley was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and for unlawfully possessing Clonazepam, both misdemeanors. He appeared Thursday in the Town of Dover Court, according to police.
