Officers from the Ulster Police Department were dispatched to Flatbush Road at approximately 2:45 a.m. on Thursday morning, where there was a report of a dispute involving two women from Dutchess County.

Police said that while investigating the incident, they tracked down Staatsburg resident Heather Osterhoudt, 27, and Poughkeepsie resident Jessica Collins, 30, in a nearby vehicle on Flatbush Road. While interviewing them, officers said that it was determined they provided police with false names, leading to their arrests at the scene.

Both women were arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of false personification. Following processing, each was released and is due back in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date to answer the charges against them.
