Dutchess Man Injured In Shooting

BEACON, N.Y. -- A Beacon man has been identified as the person shot in Newburgh on Tuesday afternoon, according to TWC News.

Newburgh police said Joel Ladson was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, TWC said.

Joel Ladson, 28, was shot at the corner of Grand and Catherine streets, but managed to run to the intersection of South and Montgomery streets, where Newburgh police found him, said TWC News.

Ladson, who was shot around 2:15 p.m., was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, TWC added.
