Ex-Dutchess County Legislator Sentenced In Teen Sex Abuse

CANTON, N.Y. -- Former Dutchess County Legislator Michael Kelsey was sentenced on Friday, Oct. 21, in the sex abuse of two teens, according to Time Warner Cable.

Kelsey was sentenced to seven years in state prison, with 10 years of post-release supervision, according to Time Warner Cable.

Keley was found guilty on five counts in May, said the report.
