Bruce A. Pierce, Jr. of New Britain, Conn., is charged with felony second-degree criminal sexual act, along with misdemeanor forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse, police said.
He's being held in the Dutchess County Jail on $150,000 bond after an arrainment in Dover court, police said. He was arrested March 1 following the state police investigation, police said.
