Man Charged With DWI, Marijuana Possession In Dover

DOVER, N.Y. – A Connecticut man was arrested by New York State Police for driving while intoxicated and possessing marijuana early Tuesday morning in Dover.

James Holihan, 25, of Shelton, Conn., was arrested when state troopers discovered him sleeping in his vehicle in a CVS parking lot around 2:40 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

He was charged after police found 2.8 grams of marijuana on him and blew a breath sample of .13 blood alcohol content for authorities.

Holihan appeared in Dover Justice Court on Thursday to answer to the charges.
