MILLBROOK, N.Y. -- A Millbrook man faces multiple charges after he was stopped by New York State Police on Wednesday, police said.

Stephen C. Pastorek, 46, was arrested on South Road by a state trooper who had spotted him speeding and failing to stay in his lane on Route 82, police said.

According to police, Pastorek, after pulling into his driveway, was seen tossing two bags of cocaine out of his car.

Pastorek has been charged with fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance, a felony; tampering with physical evidence, a felony; and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, police said.
