The Senate tonight unanimously approved the nomination of Paul Fishman as United States Attorney for New Jersey. Fishman, 52, who had been in private practice and was once a senior adviser to former Attorney General Janet Reno at the Justice Department in Washington, returns to an office where he worked for 11 years as an assistant federal prosecutor.
