Police Search For Woman Who Allegedly Stole Car At Dover Gas Station

DOVER, N.Y. -- A Dover woman is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Dover Justice Court for failing to appear in court on a grand larceny charge, according to the New York State police.

Elizabeth Martinez is wanted for failing to appear in court after stealing a car from a Dover service station.

Elizabeth Martinez, 27,  failed to appear for court proceedings in January of 2015. Martinez was arrested in July of 2014 after she and an acquaintance stole a vehicle from a Dover gas station. The pair led police on a pursuit that ended after they collided with a police vehicle in the Town of Southeast.

Martinez is described as being a black female, 5-feet-2-inches, 100 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
