Ram Statues Missing From Union Vale Home

UNION VALE, N.Y. -- A pair of statues depicting rams have gone missing from a residence in Union Vale, New York State Police announced on Monday.

State Police were sent on Tuesday, June 22, to investigate a theft of the statues, which were described as being "bronze/brass" in composition.

Police said that the statues were swiped some time between 8 p.m. on June 21 and 6 a.m. for the following morning.

The affected home is located off of Rickes Road, police added.

Police are continuing their investigation into the swipe of the statues. Anyone with information pertaining to the case, police added, can reach Eric Harris, who is an investigator with the state police's Bureau of Criminal Investigation. His number is 845-677-7300.
