Ridgefield officer dragged by minivan suspended after DUI

UPDATE: A Ridgefield police officer who made news when he was dragged by a minivan whose driver was trying to flee was suspended without pay after his second DWI arrest, law enforcement sources confirmed.

Kevin Nebbia, who was taken into custody in Washington Heights last Tuesday and given a Nov. 10 court date, has gone into rehab, they said.
