DOVER, N.Y. – New York State Police arrested a Dover man Sunday on charges of stealing air conditioner units out of a shed on Holsapple Road last month, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

He was remanded to Dutchess County Jail and is awaiting a date in Dover Town Court, reported the Poughkeepsie Journal.
