Stormville Woman, 35, Charged In String Of February Burglaries

An investigation launched by East Fishkill police detectives into several Stormville home burglaries led to the arrest of a 35-year-old Dutchess County woman who was taken into custody on Wednesday.

The East Fishkill Police Department announced the arrest of Stormville resident Fayth Lampert, who was charged with three felony counts of second-degree burglary in connection to the investigation into burglaries that occurred int he Leetown Road and Cherry Lane area of town.

Police said that the burglaries took place over a one-week period in February. Several reportedly stolen items were also recovered at the time of Lampert’s arrest. Following arraignment, she was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. Lampert is due back in court later this month to answer the charges.
