Molinaro was in Seneca Falls last week and told The Auburn Citizen that policy in the state was determined by adversarialism.

Groups of people were leveraged against each other to ensure legislation passed by the governor, Molinaro said, which is not good for public policy. Molinaro did not mention Cuomo by name, according to the Citizen.

Molinaro was in Seneca Falls to promote his ThinkDIFFERENTLY initiative, The program, established in 2015, aims to support residents with special needs through various programs including teaching businesses and organizations to better communicate with people with autism

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino is also considering opposing Cuomo.
