Power Outage Causes Delay At Rhinebeck Schools

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - A temporary power outage forced the Rhinebeck Central School District to open on a two-hour delay on Thursday morning.

In total, an estimated three dozen Central Hudson customers were affected by the outage, which has since been cleared up. Schools are expected to dismiss normally following the delayed opening.
