Vassar, Marist, Bard Place High In U.S. News College Rankings

Pace University ranked 187th overall nationally. The school was noted for the suburban lifestyle of its Pleasantville campus, its environmental law school, and its business school. Its tuition and fees are $44,036 

Vassar College ranked 12th in national liberal arts colleges. The school was noted for its scenic campus, numerous campus organizations and its Quidditch team, the Butterbeer Brewers. Alumni include Noah Baumbach. Its tuition and fees are $55,210.

Bard College ranked 46th in national liberal arts colleges. The school was noted for its scenery and the fact that many students study abroad. Its on-campus housing has themes like alcohol-free, quiet and wellness. Its tuition and fees are $52,906.

Sarah Lawrence College ranked 53rd in national liberal arts colleges. Its suburban campus is located on 42 acres in Westchester. Its tuition and fees are $54,010.

Marist College ranked 9th in regional universities north. The school is partnered with IBM and helped develop the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library and Museum website with a campus overlooking the Hudson. Its tuition and fees are $36,780.

Concordia College ranked 19th in regional universities north. The campus is located on 33 acres in Bronxville and competes in Division II athletically. Its tuition and fees are $31,600.

St. Thomas Aquinas ranked 111th in regional universities north. The campus is located on 48 acres in Sparkill and has an undergraduate enrollment of 1,721. Its tuition and fees are $30,750.

Dominican College was in regional universities north, tier 2, though it was not ranked. The campus is located on 70 acres in Orangeburg with an undergraduate enrollment of 1,478.

Nyack College was in regional universities north, tier 2, though it was not ranked. The campus is located on 125 acres in Nyack and features an undergraduate enrollment of 1,451.
