Heavy, Gusty Storms Will Sweep Through East Dutchess

There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday night through 3 a.m. Thursday.

Thursday will be partly sunny with a high in the upper-80s. The next storm chance starts around noontime and increases through the afternoon and evening.

Showers and thunderstorms are likely, mainly between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half an inch are possible.

Showers and thunderstorms are possible during the day Friday. It will be cooler with a high in the lower-70s. Showers and storms become likely Friday evening, mainly before midnight.

The stormy weather will clear for the weekend. Saturday will be partly sunny and warm, with a high around 85. Sunday will be mostly sunny with a high in the low- to mid-80s.
