Employees from VA Hudson Valley will offer services like registering for VA health care, taking pictures for the ID card for registered Veterans, flu shots, and blood pressure checks. In addition, representatives will be on hand to provide information on the Women’s Veterans Program, MyHealtheVet Internet-based service, telehealth programs, medical foster home, caregiver program and others.
Veterans are asked to bring a copy of Defense Department Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, with them to expedite services.
