While the project has not received final approval from the town of Pawling, Daryl’s House has already announced that its 2016 Backyard Concert Series will get under on Friday, May 27, with Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings, and follows with former Ulster County resident Todd Rundgren on Sunday, May 29, said the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Plans for the addition call for the stage to sit behind the house with a lawn for standing and lawn chairs. But before the hammers can begin ringing, town officials said Daryl's House landlord, Jay Maxwell, must receive all of the required approvals, added the Poughkeepsie Journal.
