Missing Hopewell Junction Teen Found In Connecticut

Update

Victoria Markard, a 19-year-old from Hopewell Junction who went missing on Saturday has been located in Connecticut and is safe, East Fishkill Police announced just before 5 p.m. Monday.

Markard, who has been interviewed by East Fishkill detectives, is "fine," police said, and will be returning home soon.

The East Fishkill Police Department is asking the public's assistance in locating 19-year-old Victoria Markard of Hopewell Junction.

She was last seen leaving her residence at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 20.

Anyone who may have had contact with Victoria or knows her whereabouts is asked to call East Fishkill Detectives at 221-2111.
