Two Women Wanted For Using Stolen Credit Cards In Fairfield County, Police Say Police are asking the public for help identifying two women wanted in connection with a burglary. The theft took place in Fairfield County on Thursday, Aug. 19 at the Crunch Fitness Gym located at 770 Connecticut Ave., in Norwalk. According to Lieutenant Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Police, credit cards were stolen from a vehicle and then used in multiple stores, with a value totaling over $15,000 in charges.  Detectives recovered video of the two unknown women, and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them. Long Island Teen Dies In Crash After Hitting Tree A Long Island teen was killed after losing control of an Infiniti G37 and hitting a tree. Suffolk County resident Michael Seda, age 18, of Hauppauge, was killed around 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 22, in Smithtown, said Trooper Daniel Ahlgrim. According to Ahlgrim, Seda was driving on the Sunken Meadow Parkway south of Pulaski Road in Smithtown when the crash occurred. Person, Dog Rescued From River In Western Mass A person and their dog were rescued from a river in Western Massachusetts after being swept away in the current. It happened at 9:30 a.m., Monday, Aug. 23 in Hampshire County.
