Woman Nabbed For Stealing From Another Person's PayPal Account In Fairfield County, Police Say A Connecticut woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing money from another person's PayPal account. New Haven County resident, Giorgiana Rose Mastrangelo, age 21, of West Haven, was arrested by New Canaan Police for the incident which took place on Tuesday, April 6, said Lieutenant Jason Ferraro.  According to Ferraro, an investigation found Mastrangelo took without permission and made an unauthorized transaction of $400.
