NY Girl, 16, Forced Into Suggestive Pose For MRI, Technician Walks Free After Conviction: DA
A Long Island MRI technician who made a 16-year-old girl disrobe and pose suggestively during an exam was released following his conviction, authorities announced Friday, Aug. 14.
Robert Baguio, 37, of Wheatley Heights, was convicted of child endangerment, but his sentencing hearing Thursday, Aug. 13 ended with a conditional discharge and an order of protection, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office said.

Andrew Wardell, a Brick resident, intentionally cut down the Flock camera at 181 Drum Point Rd. by the Exxon gas station on Wednesday, July 8, Brick Township police said. Wardell is charged with criminal mischief, police said.
