Central Mass Financial Advisor Who Stole $2.8M Sentenced To More Than 8 Years: Feds A Worcester-based financial adviser who admitted to stealing nearly $3 million from his clients will spend more than eight years behind bars, federal authorities said. Well, she's $650,000 richer before taxes because she chose to take the lump sum payment rather than the annuity. She plans to use the money to buy a house and a car, she told the lottery.
