A report of a stolen vehicle led to the arrest of a Town of Poughkeepsie man for grand larceny.
Peter B. DeRosso, 44, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 6 after a Town of Poughkeepsie resident reported that their 2017 Kia Sorrento had been stolen from the driveway and that the vehicle contained personal information and credit cards, said Town of Poughkeepsie Police Capt. Kevin Faber.
The vehicle was later found unoccupied in the City of Poughkeepsie, he added.
During an investigation, DeRosso was identified as a suspect and later arrested and charged with two counts of grand larceny, police said.
DeRosso is being held without bail at the Dutchess County Jail.
