Millerton Teen Found In Possession Of Child Porn

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - An 18-year-old from Millerton is facing felony charges after being busted for possessing child pornography.

State police said on Wednesday that they have arrested Colin Andrews for possessing child porn following an investigation conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, which combats the sexual exploitation of children through the Internet.

According to police, Andrews was found to be in possession of pornographic images depicting children subsequent to a search warrant, which authorized the seizure of electronic devices. He was arrested on Tuesday and charged with a felony count of possessing a sexual performance by a child.

Andrews was arraigned before Judge Casey McCabe and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in Town of North East Court on Tuesday, Feb. 28.
