Overturned Vehicle Crash Closes Part of Beekman Road

Part of Beekman Road in Hopewell Junction is closed following an auto crash that injured one person late Monday morning, according to police officials.

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office responded to the accident around 10:55 a.m. at 1141 Beekman Road with one person entrapped in a vehicle, Dutchess County Sheriff's officials said.

The person was extricated and transported to a local hospital, the extent of their injuries is not known at this time.
