Police ID Three Suspects In Hopewell Junction Robbery

HOPEWELL JUNCTION, N.Y. – East Fishkill Police have identified three suspects involved in a Sunday night burglary on Augusta Road in Hopewell Junction, according to officials.

Gregory Longworth, 24; Marques Lipscomb, 30; and Alexandra Scottile, 22, all from Wappingers Falls, have been charged with multiple charges including robbery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, assault in the first degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree, all felonies, according to the report.

The burglary happened at around 9 p.m. at a home on Augusta Drive. The home's residents reportedly returned home to find three masked people in their home. The residents confronted the burglars and were assaulted. Upon arrival, officers found that one of the residents, a 25-year-old male had suffered a stab wound to the face. 

Two women, a 21-year-old resident of the house and a 22-year-old woman, also from Hopewell Junction, suffered head injuries from a blow to their heads. All three victims were taken by East Fishkill Rescue Squad and mobile life paramedics to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie with non-life threatening but serious injuries, according to police.

The suspects were found after a deputy from the East Fishkill Sheriff's Office spotted the suspects' vehicle parked in Arthursburg.

All three suspects were arraigned before East Fishkill Justice Frederick D. Romig and remanded to the Dutchess County jail on $300,000 cash bail or $600,000 bond pending a return to court Thursday.
