Have a great idea for a restaurant in Mahopac but haven't been able to find the perfect spot?
Well, good news, the Route 6 Tap House in Mahopac, known for its burgers and beer, is selling its current location for $1,200,000, to move to a larger location, said Real Estate Broker John Ravetto with Houlihan Lawrence.
Ravetto said the building offers potential restauranteurs a proven location that is turn-key ready.
The well-maintained food and beverage operation includes a fully equipped kitchen, 220 seats, plus an 80-seat banquet area and a full-service bar.
It also includes 55 parking spaces plus legal street parking, and outdoor seating.
Built in 1972, the 7,466-square-foot-building has not been updated.
