A Long Island woman confessed to running a nationwide drug ring out of her home garage.
Carolyn Tolin, 46, of Centereach, pleaded guilty in Suffolk County Court Thursday, Nov. 20, to criminal possession of a controlled substance and attempted operating as a major trafficker.
She admitted to selling heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, and powder cocaine through her dark-web vendor page, where she was known as “MamaKnows Brown,” according to prosecutors.
