Man With 19 Arrests Caught Again In Hudson Valley With Stolen Property, Cops Say A man on parole with 19 prior arrests and five convictions has been nabbed again for allegedly stealing property. Tobi C. Tobin, age 54, homeless, was arrested on Monday, April 29, in Ulster County in the town of Lloyd for criminal possession of stolen property. According to Chief James Janso of the Lloyd Police Department, Tobin was found in possession of a stolen Trek Mountain bike and a stolen Samsung tablet.  Tobin had previously been arrested by Lloyd Police on Saturday, April 20, for criminal trespass and again on Thursday, April 25, for trespass, Janso said. South Windsor Woman Accused Of Keying Car At Stop & Shop A Connecticut woman was charged with criminal mischief after she allegedly keyed a car in a grocery store parking lot. Hartford County resident Mimi L. Fluharty, age 62, of South Windsor, was arrested on Tuesday, April 30, for an incident in February at the Stop & Shop at 1739 Ellington Road in South Windsor.  According to Lt. Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police, Fluharty turned herself in to police after being caught on video surveillance causing the damage. She was released on a $1,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, May 15.

Suspect On Run After 2 Teens Shot In Neck Near Hudson Valley High School, Police Say Police are searching for a suspect after two teens were shot in the neck near a high school in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 3 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, close to Poughkeepsie High School in the area of Fox Terrace and South White Street in Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Lt. Road Rage: Man Nabbed For Incident In Darien A 24-year-old man who allegedly pointed a BB gun at a tow truck driver on I-95 in Fairfield County and slowed down to 5 mph has been charged by state police. Dae Jesus Acosta, age 24, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, was arrested around 2:30 p.m., Monday, April 29, in Darien for a road rage incident.
