Danbury Man Arrested On Drug Charge In Southeast SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- A Danbury, Conn., man is facing a drug charge after his arrest in Southeast, according to Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith.  Members of the Sheriff’s Department Special Conditions Unit observed suspicious activity in the parking lot of the Towne Center on Route 22 in Southeast about 1:55 a.m. Saturday, police said.  Further investigation revealed Bruno L. Souza, 23, of 31 Maple Drive, Danbury, had a quantity of cocaine in his possession, police said.
