Mohegan Lake Resident Charged With Failure To Appear YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown police have arrested Mohegan Lake resident Douglas J. Trawick, 23, on an arrest warrant issued for failure to appear by the Yorktown Justice Court. According to police, the defendant voluntarily surrendered to the charges on Feb. 16 at 5:14 p.m. Trawick allegedly failed to appear in court on Feb. 4 to answer a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop for a red light, police said. Trawick was released on his own recognizance and was instructed to appear at Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, March, 10 at 6 p.m., police said.
