2 Injured, 12 Displaced After Multi-Family Home In Lowell Catches Fire: Report Two people were injured and twelve were displaced in an early morning two-alarm fire over the weekend in Lowell, WCVB reported.  The fire started at 63-65 St. James Street around 5 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 5, the outlet reports. All 12 survivors exited the building before fire department personnel arrived on the scene.  The fire was able to be contained within an hour and no nearby buildings were impacted. Both people taken to the hospital were said to have minor injuries, the outlet said.
