Christina Coulter is an eager and tenacious reporter from Wilton, Connecticut. After attending Wilton High School, Christina graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. She was President of Marist's Literary Arts Society, which published academic journal "The Fox Forum" and creative magazine "The Mosaic."

Throughout her college career, Christina interned for and contributed to publications in the Northeast, including The Wilton Bulletin and The Millbrook Independent. In 2016, Christina was taken on as an intern by Ulster Publishing, and regularly contributed to the Kingston Times, the Woodstock Times, the New Paltz Times and the Saugerties Times.

After her summer-long internship with Ulster Publishing came to an end, Christina became a freelancer for the company until she earned an undergraduate degree. Then, she assumed the role of lead reporter of the Saugerties Times, where she worked until the economic impact of COVID-19 halted the printing of the publication.

Man Who Threatened To Kill Woman In Back Seat During Long Island Car Robbery Arrested A Long Island man was arrested after stealing a woman's phone, then driving away in her vehicle, leading police on a high-speed chase while another woman yelled for help in the back seat before ultimately crashing into a tree, police said. Apartment Fire Breaks Out In Norwalk A mother and her child were evacuated by firefighters from their Fairfield County apartment after a fire broke out in their master bedroom, according to officials. Norwalk firefighters said they responded to the Avalon Apartments on Belden Avenue at approximately 9:12 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 with four engines, two trucks, a rescue team and a command vehicle. Warning Issued For Scammers Impersonating Dutchess County Sheriff Deputies Scammers impersonating Dutchess County Sheriff's Deputies are reportedly calling victims to tell them that active warrants have been issued for their arrest and that these warrants can be scrubbed from the record for a sum of money, according to the department. Man Breaks Into Area Home To Grope Sleeping Woman, Police Say A man with five previous arrests over the past two years was apprehended by police after a sleeping woman awoke to find him beside her bed, with his hands under her clothes and between her legs, according to authorities. Man Dies After Jumping From Bear Mountain Bridge, State Police Say A man drove to Bear Mountain Bridge and died by suicide after leaping off the structure's edge, said State Police, leaving his vehicle parked on the structure facing west with its hazard lights flashing. According to police, the body of the unidentified person was discovered floating in the Hudson River at approximately 7:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14 by an officer investigating the unoccupied vehicle. The body was recovered by members of the Stony Point Fire Department, according to police. The bridge was not closed during the police investigation.

Suspect At Large After Robbery At Bank Inside Fairfield County Stop & Shop Police are trying to identify a man who threatened a bank teller at a People's Bank in a Fairfield County Stop & Shop with a firearm, presenting a note demanding money, then fleeing the scene with an undetermined amount of cash.
