Christina Coulter is an eager and tenacious reporter from Wilton, Connecticut. After attending Wilton High School, Christina graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. She was President of Marist's Literary Arts Society, which published academic journal "The Fox Forum" and creative magazine "The Mosaic."

Throughout her college career, Christina interned for and contributed to publications in the Northeast, including The Wilton Bulletin and The Millbrook Independent. In 2016, Christina was taken on as an intern by Ulster Publishing, and regularly contributed to the Kingston Times, the Woodstock Times, the New Paltz Times and the Saugerties Times. 

After her summer-long internship with Ulster Publishing came to an end, Christina became a freelancer for the company until she earned an undergraduate degree. Then, she assumed the role of lead reporter of the Saugerties Times, where she worked until the economic impact of COVID-19 halted the printing of the publication.

Eversource Removing Storm-Damaged Trees Across Connecticut After over 10,000 trees toppled in July and August due to Tropical Storm Isaias and a damaging microburst, energy company Eversource is urging Connecticut homeowners to keep an eye out for precarious trees near power lines and to support their hazardous tree removal program.  Since those storms, the company said, they have removed hundreds of storm-damaged trees to prevent further power outages. “Trees are the number one cause of power outages and removing these trees is critical, especially with fierce storms happening more frequently,"  said Eversource Vegetation Management…

One Critically Injured In Crash Between SUV, Motorcycle On I-84 A 62-year-old Harley rider is in critical condition after he was struck by an SUV on I-84.  Orange County resident David A. Snell of Warwick, was entering I-84 eastbound in the town of Wawayanda on his 1990 Harley Davidson when he was struck by a 2018 Ford Explorer at approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday Sept. 12, according to State Police. He is currently being treated for his injuries at Garnet Medical Center in Orange County. Woman Accused Of Stealing Check From Northern Westchester Residence, Police Say A 39-year-old Northern Westchester woman turned herself in months after allegedly depositing someone else's check into her own bank account, police said. Angies Rodriguez, of Peekskill, was charged with the misdemeanor of petit larceny on Friday, Sept. 4 after arriving at the Yorktown Police Department at approximately 1:30 p.m. She was released on her own recognizance.  The check had reportedly been reported stolen from a residence in Yorktown on Saturday, March 21.
