The victim, 27-year-old Wilmer Rodriguez of Hartford, was killed in an incident that happened on Saturday, Oct. 14 in Newport Town, Vermont, according to Vermont State Police. Lane Closure: I-684 In Bedford To Be Affected An upcoming lane reduction is set to affect weekend traffic on part of a busy highway in Northern Westchester.  Interstate 684 southbound in Bedford will be reduced to one lane between Exit 6 (Route 35) and Exit 4 (Route 172) on Saturday, Oct. 21, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The reduction will last between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will facilitate bridge repairs, officials said.

Crash Briefly Blocks Lanes On I-95 In New Rochelle A crash resulted in temporary lane closures on Interstate 95 in Westchester.  This story has been updated. The crash, which happened on Friday morning, Oct. 20, briefly caused all southbound lanes of I-95 in New Rochelle between Exit 16 (North Avenue) and Exit 15 (Route 1) to be blocked, state police announced around 11 a.m.  All lanes had reopened by 1:15 p.m., according to police.
