The incident happened in Yonkers at around 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, when a male suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank at 1076 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers Police Sgt. Robert Spink said on Monday, Jan. 27. According to Spink, the suspect passed a note to the teller, claiming he had a weapon and demanding large bills. 2 Pulled From Wrecked Car In Upper Nyack Two people were rescued after a vehicle slammed into a pole in the Hudson Valley, leaving it tipped on its side.  The crash happened in Rockland County on Saturday, Jan. 25 just after 9:30 p.m., when a car hit a pole in Nyack on Old Mountain Road near North Midland Avenue, according to the Nyack Fire Department.
