Jovanne Torres was arrested on Monday, Nov. 20, after police found the gun on him in the 300 block of State Street, authorities said.  Police were called to the area around 5 p.m. when a woman called 911 to report that a car had crashed into her and Torres, and one of the people inside the vehicle had pulled a gun, Springfield police said. Man Killed In Springfield Shooting That Injured 3 Others ID'd: DA Police identified the fatal shooting victim from Wednesday as a 42-year-old Springfield man. Three other people were injured in the attack.  Emanuel Cruz and another man were found inside a freighliner, and a third was found on the sidewalk near the 100 block of Morgan St. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, the Hampden County District Attorney's Office said.
