Body Recovered From Passaic River: Newark Police A body was recovered from the Passaic River in Newark on Wednesday, April 19, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. At 5 p.m., police responded to Bridge Street and McCarter Highway on a report of a body in the river, Fragé said. Gunman Nabbed In Mass Newark Shooting: Prosecutor A 42-year-old Irvington man has been arrested for the Saturday, April 15 mass shooting in Newark that left one man dead and three others injured. They sang their new song "Waffle House" in the Tonight Show stairwell with The Roots. The segment was appropriately titled "Musical Stairs." The Jonas Brothers recently appeared on "Saturday Night Live" wearing matching red and white jumpsuits to dance with Molly Shannon's Sally O'Malley character.
