Man Busted Stealing Library Donation Box in Tewksbury A 26-year-old man has been arrested after police say he stole a donation box from the Tewksbury Public Library on Friday afternoon, Feb. 2. Anderson Phao, of Tewksbury, is charged with theft from a building, breaking into a depository, vandalizing property, and thief, common, and notorious, police said.  Library staff noticed the theft around 4:30 p.m. and contacted Tewksbury police. Surveillance video shows the man carrying the donation box into the bathroom.  Library officials believe he stole about $50.

Three $650,000 Lottery Tickets Sold On Same Day Three people across Massachusetts walked away $650,000 richer after purchasing winning lottery tickets.  The tickets were sold at:  Turnpike Liquors, 166 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury O'Brien's Liquor, 1911 Dorchester Ave in Dorchester Gulf Express, 160 Andover St in Danvers The winners played the "100X Cash" game in Shrewsbury, the "$4,000,000 Bonus Bucks" game in Danvers, and the "777" ticket in Danvers.  The names of the winners have not been released.  Each store will receive a bonus worth 10 percent of the amount won for selling the winning tickets.

$650,000 Lottery Ticket Sold At Central Mass Store A convenience store in Worcester County has sold a $650,000 winning lottery ticket.  The "777" $10 scratch-off ticket was purchased at Town Convenience at 3 Pine Street in Gardner.  Five $1 million prizes remain, and two $4 million grand prizes are still in circulation for the "777" game, according to the lottery.  Nearly 700 people claimed prizes worth more than $600 on Tuesday.
