'Another Beautiful Soul Gone': Family, Friends Remember 19-Year-Old Gunned Down In Springfield As news spreads about the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old Springfield woman, memorials have flooded social media for her.  Isabel Alcaide was gunned down around 9 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21, in the 0-100 block of Stevenson Street, Springfield police said. That's what police said one Worcester County woman did during a break-in at a home in Worcester earlier this week.  Valdirene Da Cruz is charged with mayhem, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, and breaking and entering during the nighttime to commit a felony, Milford police said.  Da Cruz and two men broke into a Milford home around 3 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21. Multiple People Injured In 4-Car Crash In Dracut Several people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries following a multi-car crash Saturday night, Jan. 20, in Dracut, authorities said.  The crash happened around 1020 Merrimack Avenue (Route 110) around 9 p.m. Four cars were involved in the wreck. Police have not released any details about what caused the crash or an update on the victims' conditions.  Route 110 was closed for several hours Saturday night as officers cleaned, cleared, and investigated the crash site.
