3 Family Members Dead Of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning In Nahant ID'd A 77-year-old man, his sister-in-law, and nephew have been identified as the three people found dead inside a home in Nahant on Monday, Jan. 8.  John Benson, his 74-year-old Youngae Benson, and 45-year-old Andrew Carruth were found by police after someone called authorities to perform a welfare check at a home on Cottage Street, the Essex County District Attorney said on Tuesday.  Firefighters said carbon monoxide levels were tested very high in the home, and residents were asked to stay away from the area Monday night. Western Mass Man Tries To Lure 2 Girls Into His Car After Following Them From Store: Police A 35-year-old Ludlow man who police say tried to lure two young girls into his car has been charged, authorities said.  Michael Wilson was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 6, after police were called to 65 East St. to reports of a man watching two underage girls, Ludlow police said. Man, 39, Dies In Littleton Crash, But Police Don't Know When It Happened A 39-year-old New Hampshire man died Sunday morning, Jan. 7, after his car careened off of a road in Littleton.  The Wilton, N.H., man, whose name was not released pending family notification, was found around 8 a.m. off of Great Road, Littleton Police said. Officers do not know when he wrecked.  His 2019 Hyundai Kona left the pavement and crashed on private property near Gilson Road, authorities said. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene.  Littleton police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact investigators at 978-540-2300.

33-Year-Old Killed Walking Along Route 116 In Western Mass A 33-year-old Sunderland man was killed on Saturday morning, Jan. 6, while walking a road in Hampshire County, authorities said.  The man, whose name was not released, was walking on the side of Route 116 in Hadley when he was struck by a 29-year-old Deerfield woman, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said.
